Ingredients

  • 250g Protein Pizza Mix powder from Fitnfemale
  • 200ml water
  • 30g olive oil
  • 200g strained tomatoes
  • 150g grated mozzarella cheese
  • 150g cocktail tomatoes
  • fresh basil
  • Dried pizza herbs
  • Salt/pepper

Preparation

  • Mix the pizza mix powder with water and olive oil and knead into a dough.
  • Roll out the dough and shape into small, round pizzas.
  • Spread the tomato sauce on the pizzas, sprinkle with cheese and place the pizzas on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake at 190°C for approx. 18 minutes.
  • Cut the tomatoes in half and top the finished pizza with them.
  • Season to taste with salt, fresh basil leaves and pizza herbs & done.
