Where's my package?

After we have shipped your package, you will receive an email (please also check your SPAM folder). Alternatively, you can also check the status of your order in your FitnFemale account on the side orders Watch.

What does the status of my order mean?

During the course of your order, the status of your order changes several times. So you can follow what is happening with your order. If you think that your order has a shipping problem you can contact us at any time.

Order status and meaning:
  • In process
    The order is new in the system and has not yet been processed. (Update within 1-4h)
  • Shipping warehouse processes the order
    The order is in the shipping department and is being prepared for shipment. From this status on, no more changes can be made. (Update within 4 - 12h)
  • Completed and shipped
    Your package has been successfully shipped and will arrive shortly. At this time you should have a tracking link. (Update within 4 - 12h)
  • Failed Canceled
    There was an error during checkout. Please try again. Orders in this status will be ignored (update to follow).

*Depending on time and day of the week. Working hours from our warehouse are Mon-Fri from 07:00 to 16:00.

How does an order work?

Add your favourites to the virtual shopping cart and then select 1 of 5 payment methods (purchase on account, credit card, instant transfer, TWINT,...). After the payment was successful, you will receive an order confirmation by mail and your package will be sent (depending on the order time) within 24h-48h to your desired delivery address.

Where can I download my intake plan?

You will receive the intake plan directly after your order. We will send you the link by e-mail.

When will my order be shipped?

Depending on the country, orders will be shipped before 12:00 or 15:00 on the same day. So, you will receive your package the following day. This applies to deliveries to Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

Is there a return policy?

After receiving your delivery, you have 30 days to return the ordered product according to our return policy. Please handle your products carefully upon receipt and make sure the seals are intact. Requests for return of food supplements will only be considered if the packaging is unopened. and the goods are in the original packaging.

Where can I contact you for a consultation?

Feel free to contact [email protected] at any time. A ticket will be automatically opened, and the response time is on average about 1 hour.

Buy on invoice - How exactly does this work?

If you choose purchase on account (PowerPay) as payment method, you pay the goods after receipt. You will receive the invoice after the purchase electronically via email as a PDF. You have 14 days from the invoice date to pay it.

Can I cancel my order?

The short answer to this is "Yes", but since our order processing is usually very fast, in 99% of the cases it is too late to stop the order before it is shipped.

The easiest option is for you to refuse to accept the package. As soon as the package has arrived back with us, you will get your money back. This can take up to one week. The best thing to do is to write an email to our support on [email protected]. Thus, we are informed and send you the package also guaranteed not a second time.

Can I return my order or individual products?

Yes, at any time after receipt within 30 days in whole or in part of the order. The most important thing to say here is that food and nutritional supplements for safety and hygiene reasons only unopened be taken back. This also applies if a taste or product does not meet your expectations.
