You will receive the intake plan directly after your order. We will send you the link by mail.Request a receipt plan
Depending on the country, orders will be shipped before 12:00 or 15:00 on the same day. Thus, you will receive your package on the following day. This applies to Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
After receiving your delivery, you have 14 days to return the ordered product according to our return policy. Please treat your products carefully upon receipt and make sure the seals are intact. Return requests for supplements are only considered if the packaging is unopened and the product is in the original packaging.
Feel free to contact email@example.com at any time. A ticket will be automatically opened. The reaction time is on average only 1 hour.
If you choose purchase on account with Klarna (DE & AT) or PowerPay (CH) as the payment method, you pay for the goods upon receipt. The invoice will be sent separately by post. From the invoice date, you have 14 days to pay.
