  • Individual macronutrient sheet so you know exactly how many calories, carbohydrates, protein and fat you are allowed to consume.

  • Adapt your training to your schedule week by week. You can decide at the beginning of each week how often you want to and can train. Depending on that you will have more or less High Cal Days and one or no Cheatday.
  • The training plan is based on the training in the gym.
