Chocolate Stollen Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Fitnfemale® Chocogasm
    Chocolate
  • 200ml soy milk
  • 1.5 packet dry baker's yeast
  • 200g butter
  • 550g spelt flour type 630
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 50g erythritol
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Ground vanilla
  • 1 egg

  • 75g erythritol powdered sugar
  • 50g cocoa powder

Preparation

  •  Gently heat the soy milk and butter in a saucepan and stir in the yeast. Leave to rise for approx. 15 minutes.
  • Mix the flour with the cocoa, erythritol, salt and vanilla.
  • Stir in the egg and yeast milk.
  • Knead everything into a dough.
  • Chop the chocolate into chunks and knead into the dough.
  • Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for approx. 60 minutes.
  •  Then shape the dough into a stollen, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for approx. 30 minutes.
  •  Place the stollen on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for 50-60 minutes.
  • Mix the powdered sugar with the cocoa powder and sieve over the cooled stollen.
