Preparation
- Mix 40g rolled oats, 15g chocolate pudding powder, 50g melting flakes, 30g chocolate protein powder, 350g almond milk, 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice and 1 teaspoon cocoa powder in a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring.
- Leave to infuse for a few minutes
- Fold in 2 tbsp low-fat quark and the porridge is ready
- Top porridge with peanut butter, banana, chocolate drops and fitness cookies
