Chocolate Porridge from FitnFemale

Ingredients

  • 2 Fitness cookies from FitnFemale
  • 30g Whey Protein Chocolate from FitnFemale
  • 40g oat flakes
  • 15g chocolate pudding powder
  • 50g Melting flakes
  • 350g almond milk
  • Gingerbread spice
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 2EL low-fat quark
  • 1 banana
  • Peanut butter

Preparation

  • Mix 40g rolled oats, 15g chocolate pudding powder, 50g melting flakes, 30g chocolate protein powder, 350g almond milk, 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice and 1 teaspoon cocoa powder in a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring.
  • Leave to infuse for a few minutes
  • Fold in 2 tbsp low-fat quark and the porridge is ready
  • Top porridge with peanut butter, banana, chocolate drops and fitness cookies
