Targets
is to feel good in your own body. The time of 3 - 4 weeks is tight, depending on your starting point, but you are guaranteed to be (even) fitter than before. The plan is designed so that you can do it alongside your job. No strict calorie counting, but it is important that you stick to the given intake and training times during this time. You don't have to starve yourself, but conscious and healthy eating is mandatory except for the cheat day (1x per week).

I had already ordered the complete package once and it has led to significant success 🙂 I am already curious whether it is now possible to get back to the remaining kg's to the desired figure. Unfortunately, I don't know how long the promotion is still valid as my Berry Cheeschake is currently out of stock... I will wait a few more days with my complete order as I don't know exactly what is feasible in a month or longer until everything is used up, as I train a good 3 times a week with several hours and therefore also do a lot of yoga, Pilates and aerobics. Maybe I'm under a lucky star and the All in One Shake will be available soon and I can order the leggings at the same time. I would also like to ask how tight the Leggin GM Leggings High Waist Cherie - Black - XS are, as there are no more available in size Small and I don't know how quickly I will be able to lose the remaining kilos.
