Baked potato with protein topping

Who can resist??

For the potato:

  • 6 Potato
  • a little salt

Curd cream:

  • 300g low fat curd
  •  ½ tsp salt
  • 15g Fitnfemale® protein chips

Pesto:

  • 20g parsley
  • 0.5 cloves garlic
  •  10g pine nuts
  •  10g almonds
  •  20g Parmesan cheese
  •  20ml olive oil
  •  20ml water

Topping:

  • 10g Fitnfemale® protein chips

Preparation

  • Wash the potatoes and boil in water with a little salt until soft (approx. 30-40 minutes).
  • Quark cream: Mix the quark with the salt. Crumble the protein chips and stir into the cream.
  • Pesto: Puree all the ingredients together.
  • Cut the cooked potatoes in half and fill with the quark cream. Spread the pesto on top.
  • Crumble the protein chips and top the potatoes with them.
