Ingredients for the dough

  •  500g Fitnfemale® Protein Lowcarb Bread
  •  420g water

Other

  • 30g nut kernel mix
  • some water

Preparation

  • Knead the protein lowcarb bread powder with water to form a dough and shape it into 8 rolls.
  • Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with a little water and roll in the nut mix.
  • Bake at 180°C for approx. 45 minutes.
