Nothing could be simpler: simply switch between hot and cold water several times in the shower. Repeat this process 5-6 times and you will see that you emerge from the shower wide awake. 5 - Reduce carbohydrates towards the evening

You are least susceptible to hunger at night. Accordingly, you should do everything you can to burn fat as efficiently as possible overnight. The main way to do this is to reduce your carbohydrate intake throughout the day. Starting with a breakfast high in carbohydrates, you already eat less carbs at lunch. Finally, the evening is all about low carb.
