Preparation
- Mix the bananas with the apple cider vinegar, milk, almond butter and bicarbonate of soda. Mix the baking soda, rice flour, almond flour, cornflour, baking powder and erythritol and fold into the wet ingredients. Dice the chocolate into small pieces and stir into the batter.
- Grease a square cake tin with a little coconut oil.
- Pour in the batter and bake the cake at 180°C for approx. 30 minutes.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie and drizzle over the cooled cake.
