Cinnamon stars recipe

Preparation

•  Beat the egg whites until stiff and then fold in the powdered sugar.
• Set aside 5 tbsp of the mixture.
• Mix the vanilla, cinnamon, almonds and Flavourite powder with the remaining egg white mixture.
•  Dough between two sheets of cling film approx. 1 cm thick
  roll out,
• Cut out stars and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
• Spread with the beaten egg whites set aside using a teaspoon.
• Bake in a preheated oven at 140 °C fan oven for 10-15 minutes.
