Preparation
- Add 250g FitnFemale Protein Bread Baking Mix with nuts of your choice and 210ml warm water to the mixing bowl.
- Knead with food processor and dough hook for 6 minutes at medium speed.
- Form the dough into a loaf and place it in a coated baking pan (22x 10 cm).
- Let the dough rise at room temperature for about 45 - 60 minutes until it has approximately doubled in volume.
- Bake at 190 degrees (top/bottom heat) in preheated oven for approx. 60 minutes. & Done
