Preparation
- Mix together muffin powder, flour, almond milk
- Pour the mixture into a 12 springform pan
- Bake for 5 minutes at 175 degrees
- Mix the remaining ingredients to a curd mixture and pour into the center of the cake
- Add berries as topping on top
- Bake again for 25-30 minutes at 175 degrees & done!
