Protein Beeren Quark Kuchen

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Scoop Muffin Baking Mix (Lemon Chocolate Split) from FitnFemale
  • Flavdrops of your choice from FitnFemale
  • 50ml almond milk
  • 150g low fat curd
  • 8g vanilla protein powder
  • 5g vanilla custard powder
  • Berries as topping

Preparation

  • Mix together muffin powder, flour, almond milk
  • Pour the mixture into a 12 springform pan
  • Bake for 5 minutes at 175 degrees
  • Mix the remaining ingredients to a curd mixture and pour into the center of the cake
  • Add berries as topping on top
  • Bake again for 25-30 minutes at 175 degrees & done!
