Delicious breakfast with yogurt and plums

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Scoop Flavourite Powder "Cinnamon Roll" from FitnFemale
  • 70g oatmeal
  • 35g honey
  • 18g coconut oil
  • 15 plums
  • Erythritol
  • 250g yogurt⠀

Preparation

  • Granola: mix 70g oatmeal with 35g honey and 18g coconut oil
  • Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper
  • Bake at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes
  • Cool in the refrigerator
  • Cut 15 plums in half and remove seeds
  • Fry a little in a pan with coconut oil
  • Then remove from the pan
  • Heat erythritol in a pan
  • When the sugar has melted and is slightly brown, deglaze with a little fruit juice
  • Add the plums and steam until they are soft - If necessary, add a little more juice and season with cinnamon.
  • Mix 250g of yogurt with 1-2 scoops of Flavourite powder "Cinnamon Roll" from FitnFemale.
  • Serve with granola and plums & Done!
