Preparation
- Chop 50g of dark chocolate into small pieces.
- Mix half of it with 70g almond flour partially de-oiled, 10g cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and a teaspoon of baking powder.
- Beat 125 soft butter, 60g xylitol, 1-2 tbsp Flavourite from FitnFemale and a pinch of salt for 5 minutes until fluffy.
- Add one egg and 4.5 tablespoons of milk
- Continue stirring for one minute
- Then add almond flour mixture and stir in
- Using a teaspoon, transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and smooth out the cookies.
- Sprinkle remaining chocolate on top
- Bake at 170 degrees top/bottom heat for 13 to 15 minutes& Done!
