Ingredients

  • 50g FitnFemale Pancake Powder
  • 125ml milk or water
  • 3g coconut oil
  • 30g fruit or nuts

Preparation

  • Preheat the pan and add the coconut oil.
  • Mix 125ml milk with 50g FitnFemale Pancake Powder well.
    (One portion makes 1-2 protein pancakes)
  • Bake the mixture in the preheated pan.
  • Can be topped with various fruits, nuts or nut butter as you wish.
