Ingredients

  • 100g FitnFemale Protein Muffins Baking Mix
  • 100ml skim milk
  • Strawberries

Preparation

  • Mix 2 scoops (100g) with 100 ml skim milk in a bowl until well blended.
  • Then pour into small ramekins.
  • Bake at 175 degrees for a maximum of 10 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  • Take strawberries for decoration.
