Preparation
- Chop the tomatoes with the shallot and mushrooms. Then fry them in oil.
- Now add the spinach, season and mix in the garlic clove.
- In parallel, cook the pasta.
- Then add a little Cremefine to the spinach so that it becomes nice and creamy.
- Finally, add a few tomatoes to the sauce & you're done.
