Fitness pasta with spinach and mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 150g Fitness Pasta from FitnFemale
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 200g frozen spinach
  • 4 mushrooms
  • Sip Cremefine 7%
  • Small tomatoes

 

Preparation

  • Chop the tomatoes with the shallot and mushrooms. Then fry them in oil.
  • Now add the spinach, season and mix in the garlic clove.
  • In parallel, cook the pasta.
  • Then add a little Cremefine to the spinach so that it becomes nice and creamy.
  • Finally, add a few tomatoes to the sauce & you're done.
