Clean Eating: A simple 24-hour guide

Feeding naturally, and thus getting rid of artificial supplements where possible, not only promotes physical and mental health, but can also help you get rid of some excess pounds. However, since it is not always easy to follow this clean route, we would like to give you some tips in the context of this article, how you still manage your project.

In the morning

Before you do anything else after getting up, you should do something right away water drinking to provide your body with much-needed fluids that it has lost over the course of the night, including sweating under the warm blanket. Once you have done that, step two should be put into action. In fact, it says that you are now supplying some important micronutrients that will prepare your body for the day. The easiest way to do this is with the help of a healthy vegetable juice. Alternatively, you can also choose a mix of lemon juice and water, which also has the benefit of balancing your body's pH and promoting your digestion.
After you have sufficiently hydrogenated your body, you can set about energizing it. But before you reach for bagels, croissants, cornflakes and other white flour products that are quite tasty but nutritionally not necessarily fitness-appropriate, you should rather rely on complex carbohydrates. Complex carbohydrates, such as those found in oatmeal or wholemeal bread, not only ensure a stable blood sugar level and thus a constant flow of energy, but also make you feel satisfied. In addition, the products mentioned contain large amounts of fiber, which your organism urgently needs for the optimization of digestive processes.

At noon / afternoon

It is an open secret that coffee, especially in our latitudes, is a particularly appreciated stimulant. This may well have its reasons and advantages, but that does not mean that there are not other things you can do to help your body. So instead of pouring down the coffee in the afternoon, it is advisable to grab alternative to green tea. This particular type of tea is particularly rich in catechins, polyphenolic plant metabolites, which are among the phytochemicals and have antioxidant properties. In detail, green tea can help boost your liver and stimulate the production of detoxification enzymes.
A crunchy salad in the afternoon can be a treat, especially if refined with a delicious French dressing or a shot of mayo. Too bad, that such dressings do not fit the concept of clean eating. So if you really want to eat clean and still do not want to miss that extra bit of extra flavor, you'd better go for fresh herbs and lemon juice. Another very tasty and very healthy option is avocado cream, which is not only rich in valuable Omega 3 fatty acids, but also contains high amounts of fiber.  

In the evening

Just because you want to eat neatly, you do not have to do without a dessert and watch your friends indulge in a variety of culinary delights. Rather than waiving, the principle is that you need to make sure that it is a largely natural product, not one that is overcharged with sugar and artificial additives. Hand on the heart, a few fresh fruits, nuts or skimmed quark, for example, with some protein powder refined, but are now really better than any sugar staring product from the refrigerator shelf.
Since the water supply is by far the most important for the human organism, your day ends little wondering just as it began, namely with the drinking of water. By depositing a bottle of water next to your bed, you have the option of drinking a sip over and over again during the night so that your body does not lose too much water until the next morning. This has the advantage that you can wake up energized and with a clear mind and start the day actively. Heavy eyes are passé.
