Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop Isolate Vanilla- Ice from Fitnfemale
  • 35g tender oat flakes
  • 350ml almond
  • 350ml water
  • 5g vanilla custard powder
  • 100g low fat curd
  • Various fruits and seeds of your choice

Preparation

  • Bring all ingredients to a boil, except for the low-fat curd and fruit/seeds.
  • Remove from heat and then fold in the low-fat quark.
  • Various seeds and fruits of your choice as topping & ready.
