Ingredients

  • 60g All in one Shape Shake Vanilla
  • 40g coconut flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 10g baking powder
  • 110g yogurt and a few drops of flavs *Butter Cookie*.

Preparation

  • Mix everything together until smooth.⠀.
  • Pour the batter into an 18cm silicone springform pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Finally, allow the cake to cool ⠀.
  • Mix 250g low-fat quark with 20g All in one Shape Shake (flavor of your choice). Spread the cream on the cake including the edge. Decorate the edge with sliced almonds.
  • Decorate cake with raspberries and pistachios.⠀
