Preparation
- Fry 50g grated coconut in a pan without oil until lightly browned
- Dough: Grind 100g hazelnuts in a blender. Add 180g dates, 35g water, the grated coconut and 50g goji berries and continue to mix until you have a thick mixture
- Mix 10g cocoa powder and 10g chocolate protein powder together
- Shape the dough into balls and roll in the cocoa mixture & done!
