  • 150g protein pancake baking mix from FitnFemale
  • 250ml skimmed milk

Preparation

  • Mix the ingredients into a dough
  • Bake the batter in the waffle iron
  • Then enjoy with powdered sugar, nut nougat cream and/or fresh fruit as desired & that's it!
