Protein Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 30 All in one Shape Shake "Vanilla" from FitnFeamle
  • Protein chocolates
  • 60g oat flakes
  • 300ml water
  • 300ml almond milk
  • Various fruits of your choice

Preparation

  • Mix the protein powder, oat flakes, water and almond milk together and bring to the boil.
  • Then leave to infuse for at least 10 minutes.
  • Then decorate the oatmeal with protein chocolates and toppings of your choice.
