Ingredients

  • 30g Whey Isolate Protein "Vanilla Ice" by FitnFemale
  • 90g oatmeal
  • 400ml water or vegetable milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 50g raspberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons nut puree
  • 1 orange peeled and sliced
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Chopped nuts

Preparation

  • The night before, mix the oatmeal with the water/milk, protein powder and cinnamon.
  • Pour it into a sealable container and put it in the refrigerator.
  • The next morning, place the protein overnight oats in a pot and bring to a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir constantly so that nothing burns.
  • Fill the oatmeal in a bowl and serve with the raspberry sauce, pomegranate seeds, chopped nuts, nut puree and the orange & you're done.
