Ingredients

  • Flavs „Cheesecake“ by FitnFemale
  • 300ml almond milk
  • 8 tablespoons of hemp seeds
  • 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 150g frozen blueberries
  • 50ml water
  • 10g pudding powder
  • Bananas
  • Almonds
  • Blueberry

Preparation

  • Bring 300ml almond milk to a boil in a saucepan with 8 tbsp peeled hemp seeds, 3 tbsp ground flax seeds, 2 tbsp chia seeds and 1 tbsp honey, then heat on the stove for about 5 minutes while stirring.
  • Heat 150g of frozen blueberries in a saucepan until liquid is released. Mix 50ml of water with 10g of pudding powder, add to the blueberries in the pan, and stir well.
  • Bring everything to a boil again briefly and add a little more water if necessary to achieve the desired sauce consistency.
  • Stir in a few drops of FitnFemale "Cheesecake" Flavs to sweeten.
  • Serve porridge with blueberry compote, bananas and almonds & you're done!
