Preparation
- Bring 300ml almond milk to a boil in a saucepan with 8 tbsp peeled hemp seeds, 3 tbsp ground flax seeds, 2 tbsp chia seeds and 1 tbsp honey, then heat on the stove for about 5 minutes while stirring.
- Heat 150g of frozen blueberries in a saucepan until liquid is released. Mix 50ml of water with 10g of pudding powder, add to the blueberries in the pan, and stir well.
- Bring everything to a boil again briefly and add a little more water if necessary to achieve the desired sauce consistency.
- Stir in a few drops of FitnFemale "Cheesecake" Flavs to sweeten.
- Serve porridge with blueberry compote, bananas and almonds & you're done!
