Healthy crepes with blueberry yogurt

Ingredients

  • Flavs "Honey" from FitnFemale
  • 100ml mineral water
  • 100ml almond milk
  • 100g flour
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 egg
  • Coconut oil
  • Fruit of your choice
  • Blueberry yogurt

Preparation

  • Mash the banana with a fork.
  • Mix the almond milk, mineral water, flour, egg with the mashed banana and a few drops of Flavs to form a smooth batter.
  • Fry the crepe batter in a pan with coconut oil.
  • Finally, combine with fruit and blueberry yogurt & you're done
