Preparation
- 50g oat flakes finely grind
- Mix with 50g rice flour, 25g vanilla Whey, 1 scoop Flavourite powder "Cookie", 15g baking cocoa and 1 tsp baking powder.
- Mash 1/2 banana
- Pour banana into the bowl with 200ml of milk and mix everything together well
- Heat coconut oil in a pan
- Pour in 1-2EL at a time, shape into pancakes and bake out & DONE!
