Preparation
- Mix 1 egg yolk with 100g low-fat quark, 10g All in one Shape Shake "Double Chocolate", 10g spelt flour, 8g ground almonds, 10g baking cocoa, 4g baking powder and 10g Flavourite "Cookies" powder.
- Then beat 1 egg white until stiff and fold in
- Spread the dough on a baking sheet
- Put the tray in the oven at 170 degrees for about 12 minutes
- Filling: mix 150g of low-fat curd cheese with 5g of Flavourite "Cookies" powder and spread on the sponge cake roll after baking.
- Roll up and put in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes
- Sprinkle everything with sugar free powdered sugar
