Ingredients

  • Flavs "Vanilla" from FitnFemale
  • Flavorite "Mango Maracuja" by FitnFemale
  • 250g low fat curd
  • 50ml almond milk
  • Various fruits
  • Muesli

Preparation

  • Mix the almond milk with the low-fat quark until it becomes a little creamier.
  • Divide the low-fat quark into two halves.
  • Add Flavs Vanilla to one half - depending on how sweet you want it to be.
  • Add a scoop of the Flavourite Mango Passion Fruit Powder to the other half.
  • Now layer both halves on top of each other - you can stir in fruit and muesli for that certain "pep" & that's it.
