Protein crêpes

Ingredients

  • 30g Whey Protein Vanilla from FitnFemale
  • 60g spelt flour
  • 120g cornflour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 500ml milk
  • Fruit of your choice on request

Preparation

  • Mix 2 tbsp melted coconut oil, 2 eggs and 500 ml milk well in a bowl
  • Now fold in the following ingredients: 60g spelt flour, 30g vanilla protein powder, 120g cornflour and 1 pinch of salt
  • Then mix the mixture well again
  • Fry the batter with coconut oil in a pan to make crêpes
  • Top the crêpes with fruit of your choice & that's it!
