Targets
The Bikini Express Bundle aims to make you feel good in your own body. Although the duration of 3-4 weeks is tight, depending on your starting point, you are guaranteed to achieve an increase in your fitness. The plan is structured so that it can be done alongside a job. No strict calorie counting is required, but it is important that you stick to the suggested times for eating and working out.
