Targets
The Bikini Express Bundle aims to make you feel good in your own body. Although the duration of 3-4 weeks is tight, depending on your starting point, you are guaranteed to achieve an increase in your fitness. The plan is structured so that it can be done alongside a job. No strict calorie counting is required, but it is important that you stick to the suggested times for eating and working out. You don't have to starve yourself, but you should eat consciously and healthily, with the exception of one "cheat day" per week.
