Preparation
- Granola: mix 70g oatmeal with 35g honey and 18g coconut oil
- Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper
- Bake at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes
- Cool in the refrigerator
- Cut 15 plums in half and remove seeds
- Fry a little in a pan with coconut oil
- Then remove from the pan
- Heat erythritol in a pan
- When the sugar has melted and is slightly brown, deglaze with a little fruit juice
- Add the plums and steam until they are soft - If necessary, add a little more juice and season with cinnamon.
- Mix 250g of yogurt with 1-2 scoops of Flavourite powder "Cinnamon Roll" from FitnFemale.
- Serve with granola and plums & Done!
