Ingredients

  • 30g All in one Shape Shake from FitnFemale "Berry Cheesecake
  • Flavdrops from FitnFemale if necessary
  • 100g low fat curd
  • 1 egg
  • 30g flour
  • Sip almond milk
  • 1/2 baking powder

Preparation

  • Mix everything together and fry in a pan.
  • The whole thing is topped with blueberries, yogurt and Peanut Butter & Done!
