Preparation
Recipe for a 20cm springform pan:
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) and line the baking pan with baking paper.
- Cream 150g of soft butter with 145g of sugar until fluffy.
- Then add 2 eggs, zest of one lemon, juice of half a lemon, 150g flour and 2 tsp baking powder and mix everything into a dough.
- Pour the batter into the springform pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes.
- For the filling: Mix 1000g low-fat quark, 400ml cream, 5 scoops of mango passion fruit flavoring powder from @fitnfemale, 1 dash of lemon juice, 1 tsp vanilla paste and 1.5 packets of instant gelatin until smooth and transfer to a piping bag.
- Cut the cake in half horizontally and fill with some of the cream.
- Place the second layer on top and decorate with large tufts.
- Decorate the tuffs with fresh passion fruit pulp and physalis & you're done!
