Preparation
- Mix 2 scoops of muffin mix (100g) with 100ml almond milk.
- Then fill into small muffin tins.
- Bake muffins at 175°C for about 15 minutes.
- Allow the muffins to cool completely.
- Squeeze the juice from 1/2 a lime and mix with erythritol and powdered sugar to make a glaze.
- Spread the icing on the muffins & you're done!
