Delicious muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of muffin mix (100g) from FitnFemale
  • 100ml almond milk
  • Muffin tins
  • 1/2 lime
  • Erythritol
  • Powdered sugar

Preparation

  • Mix 2 scoops of muffin mix (100g) with 100ml almond milk.
  • Then fill into small muffin tins.
  • Bake muffins at 175°C for about 15 minutes.
  • Allow the muffins to cool completely.
  • Squeeze the juice from 1/2 a lime and mix with erythritol and powdered sugar to make a glaze.
  • Spread the icing on the muffins & you're done!
