This may sound undisciplined and inconsistent at first, but a cheat day actually helps you to achieve your goals, such as weight loss or fat burning, more easily. Cheating - the key to success

With this realization, all fears fall away, as you know that you can celebrate your cheat day again next Thursday. And if one cheat day is not enough for you at the beginning of the diet, then simply integrate a second cheat day into your diet program.
