Preparation
cake base
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) and line two 18cm springform pans with baking paper.
- Mix 250g of mug cake powder with 300ml of skim milk, fold in the streusel and divide the batter between the two molds.
- The dough is then baked for 20-25 minutes.
Cream cheese spread
- Mix 400g cream cheese with 75-100g sugar, 1/2 packet of instant gelatin and 1 tsp vanilla paste to form a homogeneous cream.
Fruit pulp
- Stir 2 packets of strawberry pudding powder into 500ml of cold water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Then remove the pot from the heat and stir the 400g of frozen fruit into the hot mixture.
Layering cakes
- Cut each layer horizontally once.
- Place the first layer in a cake ring.
- Each layer gets a portion of fruit and cream.
- Repeat this process until everything is used up.
- As a topping, pour 50g of melted chocolate over the cake & you're done!
