Preparation
- Mix 2 tbsp melted coconut oil, 2 eggs and 500 ml milk well in a bowl
- Now fold in the following ingredients: 60g spelt flour, 30g vanilla protein powder, 120g cornflour and 1 pinch of salt
- Then mix the mixture well again
- Fry the batter with coconut oil in a pan to make crêpes
- Top the crêpes with fruit of your choice & that's it!
