Preparation
- Whisk the egg and buttermilk together in a bowl. Remove from the heat and then fold in the low-fat quark.
- Add the oil and slowly stir in the flour.
- Add the honey, baking powder, baking soda and salt, and stir everything well again.
- Heat some oil in a pan and slowly pour the batter into the hot pan until the desired pancake circular shape is formed.
- Once the bubbles that form during cooking no longer fill with batter, the pancake can be flipped. Be careful that the pan is not too hot, otherwise the pancake will burn.
- Serve the finished pancakes with the Cream Zero caramel, blueberries and almonds & that's it.
