A great combination, especially also great for muscle regeneration (magnesium, well-known). I will take the capsules times a while further, am very curious about the effect!

Je trouve que c'est une comination parfaite de suppléments pour la régénération des muscles. Je prends ces capsules depuis plus d'un mois et je trouve qu'elles ont un vrai effet. Je m'entraîne au moins 4 fois par semaine et donc j'ai vraiment besoin de support musculaire.

Especially if you - like me - do intensive sports, the nutrients in your diet are often not enough. Zinc in particular can be a problem. The magnesium contained is top for regeneration and vitamin B6 is a great all-rounder anyway. All in all, a great mixture! The price is also perfectly okay and my delivery was super fast there. Am satisfied. 🙂

Zinc is known to help support the immune system. I have the feeling since I have increased my sports workload and take the ZMA capsules to be less battered! Healthy I have always eaten, so I am positively surprised and also convinced.

I suffer from chronic muscle hartspan. Have already tried a lot also strong prescription drugs (Sirdalud etc.) with the ZMA I feel great, wake up without pain, have joy again in the movement and feel absolutely clear in the head unlike the known drugs. At the beginning 2 weeks each 2 taken then alternating 1/2/1 etc. and now 1 per day super product.
