Has convinced me! Last week I jogged 8 kilometers without Pro Performance, whereby the last kilometer was really a pain. Today I ran 11 kilometers with Pro Performance without much fatigue and even with a slightly better pace. Although I was totally tired beforehand and didn't really feel like it, I hardly had to exert myself.
