Cancellation policy and cancellation form

Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity:

A) Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Fitnessmagnet GmbH
Zeughausgasse 15 , CH-6300 Zug, Tel: +41 44 500 85 67, E-Mail: [email protected]) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

- Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to FitnFemale, CH-9489 Schaan LOG immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. Upon request, we can also provide them with a return address in Austria. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

- Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

C) 30 days return policy

Regardless of your statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily grant you as a consumer the following return promise:

All items from our store can be returned to us within 30 days from receipt of the goods, provided that the goods are complete and in unused and undamaged condition. If the goods were delivered in a sales package, they must still be in the original packaging. The timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline.

*A street specification is not necessary. The package will land so directly in our warehouse.

Upon request, we can also send you a return address in Austria. In the case of claiming this return promise, we will refund you the purchase price you have already paid, as well as the Hinsendekosten. The return shipping costs are not covered by us.

This promise of return does not limit your legal rights and therefore your right of withdrawal.

General notes
Please note that compliance with the following conditions is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
- Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods.
- Please return the goods to us in their original packaging and unopened with all accessories and, if possible, not carriage forward.
