Preparation
- Cut 120g dried apple rings into small pieces
- Mix in a bowl with 100g soft oats and 100g rolled oats, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 75-100g honey, 1 scoop Flavourite Cinnamon Roll powder, 75g melted coconut oil, 1 pinch of salt, 150g (sugar-free) apple sauce and 15g baking powder (optional 100g spelt flour if you like but not a must).
- Spoon the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and smooth out (using a wet knife)
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ยฐC for approx. 10 minutes and then leave to cool & ready!
