Push is an energizing, 60ml pre-workout product in a small and handy bottle. Each serving provides 4 active ingredients, including beta-alanine, taurine, L-citrulline and caffeine, which strongly stimulate the nervous system and increase training efficiency and buffering capacity of muscles by preparing them for intense training.
