The perfect intake of base powder
- The Stay in Balance Alkalizing Powder should always be taken separately from food.
- The intake should always be at least 30 minutes before a meal and 3 hours after a meal.
- Mix one serving (= 1 scoop) with 200ml of water. Alternatively, directly into the mouth and rinse down with water.
Due to the high mineral content, it is normal that the powder does not dissolve completely.
Adjust your dosage if necessary
If you are taking an alkaline powder for the first time, your body may have trouble absorbing the entire serving at once. Listen to your body. Reduce the amount per day and slowly increase it until you can tolerate a whole serving.

I have tested this Stay in Balance and am really very satisfied with it! After a short time I felt more energetic and vital.
I noticed this especially in my stressful job. I have become much calmer and more relaxed. In general, I feel more agile and balanced. Taste-wise I find watermelon intense but OK, I hope for more flavors to alternate.

I can only agree with the other opinions. Another flavor direction like apple, or Ice Tea Lemon would be ingenious. Watermelon tastes unfortunately not at all. Of all the products I have from you, this tastes me at least. But because of the effect I would not like to do without it 🙁

I've only been using the product for a week, so I can't say anything about the effect yet.
Since I really like watermelon for dinner, I thought I'd order this drink. For me, the taste is also a little too strong; does not really taste me and do not like to drink it.
However, the Biotics product with iced tea flavor is very tasty and I like to drink it.

The effect is like many other products really top ! There is no complaint.
However, I find the taste watermelon not so great. I have to relegrecht force myself to eat it because I find it disgusting. Please bring out a yummy iced tea or orange flavor. That would be great. Therefore, unfortunately, no vole score from me :-/
